Return Policy

Need to submit a return request? You’ll find the option below—but before doing so, please take a moment to read through the entire policy. You’ll need to confirm you’ve reviewed and understood it before the return submission link becomes active.

At Beverly Hills Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below, designed to provide both clarity and fairness.

Eligibility & Notification

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. Once authorized, items must be received within 30 days. Requests outside this window are not eligible, and no RA# will be issued.

Return Authorization (RA#)

All returns require a valid RA#. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. RA#s cannot be issued after the 14-day notification period.

Return Shipping Labels

You may ship back using any carrier of your choice. For your convenience, we offer a flat-rate return shipping label of $6.99 (U.S. only). This fee is deducted from your refund. This service is not available for international returns.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests must be made by phone or email (voicemails are not valid). After this window, cancellations are subject to a 15% processing fee. Orders that are processed, shipped, in transit, or custom orders cannot be canceled.

Returns Due to Defects

Defective merchandise must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions & Inspection

All eyewear must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received. Items must include all cases, boxes, tags, authenticity cards, cleaning cloths, and any included accessories. Worn, altered, or damaged items will be declined. Inspection may take up to 7 business days from the date of receipt.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Please allow 7–10 business days for your financial institution to finalize processing. While we do not charge any restocking fees, please note that original shipping costs and return label fees (if used) are non-refundable. Refunds are always returned to the original form of payment.

Store Credit

You may choose store credit instead of a refund. Credits are issued as a gift certificate via email, within 7 business days of inspection. Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

Authorized exchanges will be processed after your return passes inspection. Exchange items ship within 1–3 business days. Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to shipment.

Rejected Returns

If your return does not meet policy requirements, you will be notified and given 48 hours to arrange return shipping at your expense. If no action is taken, the item will be discarded.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery or marked “Return to Sender” are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. Please accept your package and request a return authorization if needed.

Policy Abuse

Beverly Hills Eyewear reserves the right to decline or cancel return/exchange requests that are deemed excessive, fraudulent, or not in good faith.
