Notification Requirements
To initiate a return, you must notify our team promptly:

Manufacturer Defects: Within 2 business days of delivery.

All Other Reasons: Within 14 business days of delivery.
The delivery date is determined by the shipping carrier’s official records. Timely notification is mandatory to receive a Return Authorization (RA).
Return Process

Upon RA approval, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Return the item within 30 calendar days of approval.
Condition Requirements

Eyewear must be in original, brand-new condition with all tags, protective films, and undamaged packaging (including cases, microfiber cloths, and boxes if applicable).

Handling Guidelines:

Test fit frames gently to avoid bending or misalignment.

Avoid adjusting hinges or nose pads, as alterations may void eligibility.

Lenses must remain scratch-free and free of fingerprints or residue.

Returns will undergo a thorough inspection. Refunds will be withheld for items with scratches, damage, missing components, or signs of wear.
Package Receipt Grace Period
If you are unable to accept delivery within 14 calendar days of the carrier’s marked delivery date, notify us immediately with a valid explanation. Limited extensions may be granted at our discretion.
Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Once processed, refund timing depends on your financial institution. We cannot expedite bank transactions.
Final Notes
Failure to comply with these terms will void eligibility for returns or refunds. We reserve the right to deny requests for items that do not meet the above criteria.
