Eyewear Size Guide

Find a comfortable fit and a shape you love. For eyeglasses and sunglasses.

01 / SIZE & COMFORT

Find your frame size

Start with a pair you already love. Compare its measurements with the size listed for your selected frame and color.

READ THE NUMBERS INSIDE THE ARM

52 / 18 / 140

Lens width / Bridge width / Arm length

Example only. All measurements are in millimeters (mm).

Lens & bridge

Lens width: width of one lens, excluding the rim.

Bridge width: distance between the lenses.

Arm (temple) length

Measured from the hinge to the tip, following the arm.

Match the whole frame

Compare all three numbers and the overall frame width, when provided. The same lens size can fit differently across shapes and brands. S/M/L labels are brand-specific.

Your quick comfort check

  • Nose: steady, without pinching or repeated sliding.
  • Sides & ears: secure, without squeezing.
  • Cheeks: clear of the frame when you smile.

An optician can assess fit and adjustments. Frame size is separate from prescription PD (pupillary distance).

02 / SHAPE & STYLE

Find a shape you love

Look straight into a mirror with your hair away from your face. Choose the outline closest to yours. These are styling ideas; comfort and personal taste come first.

Round

Soft jaw; similar width and length.

Try square, rectangular or upswept cat-eye frames.

Angular lines add definition.

Square

Defined jaw; similar forehead and jaw width.

Try round or oval frames.

Curves soften a strong outline.

Oval

Longer than wide, with a gently rounded jaw.

Explore square, round, cat-eye or aviator styles.

Keep the scale comfortable for your face.

Heart

Wider forehead tapering toward the chin.

Try oval, round or light metal aviator frames.

Softer lines offer a lighter visual balance.

Diamond

Cheekbones wider than forehead and jaw.

Try oval, round or softly upswept cat-eye frames.

Curves soften angles; upswept corners draw the eye up.

Between two shapes? Try ideas from both. Face shape helps you explore a look; it does not determine your frame size.
